About our Physiotherapy Service

At FNQ Health Co. our Physiotherapists have extensive knowledge and experience in managing a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Whether you are recovering from an injury, surgery, or simply want to move and feel better, we can help. We are experts at keeping the body moving well, preventing and rehabilitating injuries, in a fresh and inspiring environment.

We believe that the body has an amazing capacity for healing and recovery. We work with this in combination with the most advanced techniques and technology. Our Physiotherapists collaborate with the whole FNQ Health Co. team, to make sure you receive the very best care.

We not only identify and treat the cause of your problem, but also recommend ways to help you stay strong and pain free in the future.

“Our goal is to find the root cause of your problem and fix it for you!”

What to expect in your consult?

At FNQ Health Co. we believe in educating you right from the start. It is your body and we empower you to understand it. We allocate up to an hour for all initial Physiotherapy appointments, to allow us time to thoroughly assess and then diagnose your condition or injury. We want to find the underlying cause of your pain and not to just treat your symptoms, to help you stay healthy and pain free in the future. We take the time to confidently assess and then make sure you understand it. Your Physiotherapist will work collaboratively with you to develop a management plan, where you will leave having a clear understanding of;

• What is wrong?
• What caused it?
• How long will it take me to get better?
• How are we going to get it better?

We work as a team to achieve your health and recovery goals. Our team will collaborate with each other to determine the best possible approach to your management. That is why we are your health centre!

If you have any questions at all, we would love to have a chat to see how we can help you! If you are ready to make your Physio appointment, you can book online below, our Online Booking page, Contact us via Chat or over the phone.

Is there are a cancellation policy?

We understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan and occasionally you may not be able to attend your appointment. However, we are a busy clinic and failure to notify use of non-attendance means another client misses out too. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior as per our late notice fee policy.
