Why did you choose health as a career?
I’ve been an active person my entire life, to this day regularly going to yoga, the gym, going for runs, playing mixed social basketball, and going for hikes in the lovely outdoors! I love the way exercise makes me feel with the release of endorphins and all that good stuff that does wonders to your mental health. I chose Physio as a career so that I can contribute to helping people also reap the benefits of exercise and movement to their health! 😊
What area of your role do you most enjoy and why?
Connecting. I love interacting with people of all different genders, ethnicities, cultures etc whatever condition they come in for (but I have a strong interest in Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries). I think each individual is absolutely amazing in their own unique way and I love that this profession provides an opportunity to chat with people and get to know them! 🙌🏼
