Why did you chose to become an Exercise Physiologist?
Personally, I have endured a multitude of injuries over the years and know how vastly it can your impact activities of daily living and quality of life. Constantly going through the process of recovery has helped me develop a sense of passion in wanting to help people create the best functioning version of themselves as possible!
What area of Exercise Physiology do you love most?
Communicating and motivational speaking! I can provide the resources and prescribe or coach the exercises, but if the client is not willing to work for the results they deserve, nothing will change! It’s all about becoming a better you.
Your favourite place in the world?
The beach at night time!
What is one thing people may be surprised to know about you?
When growing up, I seriously contemplated an acting career

Besides curry, wood fired pizza 🙂

Never say goodbye, saying goodbye kills the hope of meeting again and who knows we might meet again.
