Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana sliced and frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 tbs cacao powder
- Peanut butter swirled through (optional but yum!)
Method:
- Add frozen fruit in a food processor with coconut cream. Add cream gradually to avoid mixture getting to runny – you may not need full amount.
- Once it is a smooth consistency, you can swirl through peanut butter to serve and add some fresh berries if you wish!
- Enjoy!
